Job Description Job Description Company Description Job Description The Domestic Asian Marketing Executive Casino Host position will be responsible for the continuous acquisition of new players to grow property player base and increase revenues along with assuring retention and repeat business through all communication channels to include telemarketing with a focus on Domestic Asian clientele. The Domestic Asian Casino Host will constantly strive to exceed guest expectations through gracious and personalized service. The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for guest care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary. Key Job Responsibilities Work as a part of a team to grow the revenue and income managed by the Casino Marketing teams. Develop one on one relationships with guests and provide exceptional service to cultivate and maintain relationships. Ensure that all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner. Resolve complaints and issues effectively while escalating concerns as appropriate. Must be knowledgeable of, and be able to explain, games offered by the casino, current marketing events, promotions and programs along with benefits and privileges of using a Red Card. Supports and assists in promoting new Red Card enrollments. Arrange reservations, transportation and accommodations for guests. Use sound judgment and make decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines. Assist with player development events. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma required; Additional education or related sales and marketing training preferred A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience as a casino host Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both in verbal and written form) in addition to the following languages: Mandarin and/or Cantonese and/or Vietnamese Possess a clear understanding of Asian culture Technical capacity; proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel Must be flexible regarding schedule with the ability to work varied days and times Outstanding customer service and communication skills for telemarketing and greeting guests Ability to think independently in making real-time decisions to maximize guest service experience Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented Possess sharply honed interpersonal skills, inspire confidence and exude authenticity with regard to both guest and team interactions Effective time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously Must present well-groomed professional appearance at all times *Local candidates strongly preferred - relocation assistance is not available This is an in-office position at our Las Vegas Nevada property - remote and/or telecommuting is not available Additional Information Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
