Personalised Dining Experiences The Events Manager is responsible
for ensuring that every guest at F1 Arcade enjoys a personalized,
exceptional, and memorable hospitality experience. This role
reflects our unwavering commitment to outstanding service and

concepts to life. Creating Memorable Events The Events manager will
design and execute innovative events that not only capture
attention but also create lasting memories for every guest. Your
passion for personalized hospitality and meticulous attention to

moments. Guest Interaction Interacting with guests in an authentic
and attentive way is a key responsibility for the Events Manager.
This means taking the time to understand each guest's needs,
interests, and reasons for choosing F1 Arcade. By engaging in
meaningful conversations, the Events Manager gathers insights that
enhance every aspect of the guest experience. This personalized
touch not only elevates each event but also deepens the connection
between our guests and our brand, ensuring every visit is truly
unforgettable. Key Areas of Responsibility Event Planning &
Execution: Develop, plan, and implement a diverse range of
entertainment events-from concept through post-event analysis.
Collaborate with creative teams to design event themes and
interactive experiences that resonate with target audiences.
On-site Management: Oversee on-site operations during events,
ensuring smooth execution and prompt resolution of any issues.
Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, maintaining high
standards throughout. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback and
analyze event performance metrics to inform future event
improvements. Document learnings and best practices for continuous
enhancement of event quality. Skills Required Minimum of 3 years of
experience in event planning/management, preferably within the
entertainment industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
Suite. Experience in a creative, entertainment-focused environment.
Familiarity with digital event platforms and emerging entertainment
trends. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and
vendor partnerships. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
to dynamic situations. Ability to consistently demonstrate F1

Team Spirit Basic Physical Requirements When working at an F1
Arcade venue, Team Members must be able to perform the duties of
that venue. The team member will frequently sit for short periods
of time, talk via Cloud Based video conferencing and the phone
often, and hear and manipulate objects constantly. Additional
requirements will include lifting up to 10 (ten) pounds constantly
and up to 50 (fifty) pounds as required. Lifting from floor to
shoulder constantly and overhead infrequently. Twisting and
reaching frequently. Grasping objects to move or manipulate
constantly. Working in hot then cold environments for extended
periods of time. May inadvertently bump into team members in a
relatively small work area. Will stand and walk for extended
periods of time. FREQUENT hand washing and sanitation is required.
Ability to use knives, slicing equipment, and other food
preparation equipment. Team Member must be able to communicate with
Guests and other Team Members and manipulate handheld and desktop
