This role is instrumental in Palo Alto Staffing's overall success. Our recruiters' primary responsibilities are candidate acquisition, qualification, and placement. Palo Alto Staffing provides exceptional customer services to our candidates. Our recruiters are expected to build and manage their relationships with candidates. Success in this role is highly dependent on the Recruiter's ability to source, screen, and nurture relationships with top-tier talent.

Identify, assess, and develop productive relationships with high-caliber talent to clients.
Develop and execute sourcing strategy to uncover best-in-class talent.
Source and contact passive candidates. Including but not limited to cold calling, reaching out via social media, emailing, asking existing candidates for referrals, etc.
Build and maintain talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships and have a keen sense of negotiation with all "customers", your candidates.
Effectively screen resumes and job applications to company standards.
Assess client's job description and be comfortable liaising with client representative to bring insights about the current job market to refine search.
Interview and qualify candidates in person or via zoom video for a specific job.
Prepare candidates prior to all scheduled client interviews.
Communicate and track appropriate KPI's. Including but not limited to number of candidates screened and interviewed, status of assigned job orders, general health of candidate pipelines, etc.
Fully utilize the applicant tracking system. Input all candidates, resumes, outreach/communication notes, submits, interviews, etc. into the system.

2+ years of experience in a recruiting or customer service/sales focused role.
Have a solid understanding of the complete recruiting function. This includes research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Possess the ability to build new relationships easily and effectively.
High sense of urgency and integrity.
