Goettl is the winner of Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.This position is responsible for assuring compliance with California's various wage and hour laws.Pay range will be $25-30/hr based on experienceEssential Functions

• Monitor employee electronic timecards for appropriate compliance with meal and rest periods
• Assist California leadership team in notifying employees of upcoming meal and rest periods
• Ensure employees accurately use the timekeeping system's lunch punch feature
• Review all notes added in the timekeeping system to ensure appropriate action is taken
• Monitor timecards for appropriate reporting time pay

  Required Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of California wage and hour laws
• Will to work in our location (in office)Preferred Skills and Qualifications
