Remote Contract Opportunity $15.50/hr! - Can sit anywhere in US!
Start Date: June 28th
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Placement: Contract period will most likely run through 11/1 but could be extended as late as December or January depending on business needs
Training hours will be: 7:30am-4:00pm (AZ Mountain Standard Time)
TRAINING 3 weeks (Cannot miss any days or have time off during training at all)
After that may be assigned a shift 6:00am-2:30pm, 7:30am- 4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm AZ Mountain Standard Time
Remote Customer Service and Support Job Description:
We are looking for Tier II Customer Service and Support Representatives that will be providing support to Educational Administrators and Teachers all around the world.

• 
  Answering inbound calls, chats, and email correspondences at home remotely for an educational software company that specializes in programs for grades K-6.
  
  
• 
  Tier II customer service representatives will handle not only basic customer service questions but will also be assisting with technical support questions and troubleshooting issues
  
  
• 
  Nature of calls can be resetting logins, answering questions, processing the sale of an additional product and other general questions
  
  
  Remote Customer Service and Support Skills:
  At least 1 year of call center experience!
  Customer service
  Help desk
  Technical support

  Remote Customer Service and Support Performance Expectations:
  Adhere to attendance policy and assigned schedule
  Customer Service Survey Scores must be over 80%
  Cannot miss any training and no more than 4 absences during season
  Quality of work/accuracy of calls, emails and chats
  Must be adaptable to rotate through phone calls, responding to emails and taking multiple chats as needed
  Exceptional work ethic and team player attitude
  Effective organization skills and ability to multi-task
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  Working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
