We are seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time Web Analytics Sr. Strategist within our Las Vegas, NV office.

Reporting directly to the EVP, West Coast. The Web Analytics Sr. Strategist will serve as support to all employees/departments to advance the departmental efforts to track and report appropriate information in order to properly evaluate the effectiveness of REQ's services.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the client-facing, lead resource on dedicated accounts, and collaborate with account management and media team for support in strategic planning and decision making
Work with team members and clients to understand their business objectives and marketing strategies in order to define KPIs and metrics for user behavior and campaign effectiveness
Retrieve, compile, and format large volumes of data to support campaign targeting, optimization, and generate analysis and graphics for use in client presentations
Evaluate digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients utilizing various attribution methods and assess cross-campaign interactions to optimize marketing mix
Design, develop and facilitate execution of ongoing reporting dashboards for both internal team members and clients
Perform data validation and help coordinate tagging and tracking parameter implementations for accurate data collection
Understand and recommend implementation standards with customers and engineers to ensure proper data collection for analysis
Self-manage deliverables, timelines, and project statuses and report any issues to senior management
Support the Analytics best practice guidelines
Support the scaling and automation of agency-wide analytics and metrics processes
Support standardized reporting process, governance, and data quality assurance agency-wide
Be an agent to pass on functional and conceptual analytics knowledge within the agency and clients
Become familiar with existing products and services and how to leverage their value to gain insights
Work with the Client Service team to deliver work on time and within estimates
Work with other stakeholders and clients to document deployment details and processes
Strengthen the team's knowledge base by providing a unique perspective in expert areas

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other appropriate discipline, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant, professional work experience (2+ within an agency environment)
Expert user of Excel
Demonstrated employee development and performance management skills
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills - ability to effectively communicate complex analytics concepts to those outside the industry/department
Intermediate to Advanced skill in at least one major BI Tool (Tableau preferred)
Experience with tag management solutions such as GTM, DTM, Tealium, Signal Tag, etc.
Expert in Google Analytics
Ability to effectively integrate various data sources (Doubleclick Campaign Manager, Doubleclick Search, PPC platforms, various Display Ad publisher platforms, Adobe products, Google Analytics, etc.) within overall data strategy, familiarity with digital media planning and KPIs for measurement in corresponding digital channels
Desire to continuously learn and create a transfer of knowledge with internal stakeholders
