Mobile Device Repair
AGiRepair is opening a brand new repair facility in April of 2022 and is starting the hiring process. Experience is preferred but not needed as we will train all hires on the job. Pay starts at $14-$15/hr. depending on experience. Full and Part-time shifts are available.

As a Repair Technician, you will be able to test, service, and repair iPads, laptop computers, tablets, mobile electronic devices/components and analyze testing results.

Daily Tasks:

• Troubleshoot technical issues and repair improperly functioning devices and/or electronics components.
• Utilize testing machines and a variety of hand tools.
• Complete data entry of repair logs and forms on an internal computer system.
• Meet production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards
• Research and maintain a current, working knowledge, of technical information and applications
• Accurately perform job duties with minimal supervision
• Effectively communicate (oral, written, and verbal), and maintain good relationships with co-workers
• Active learning & understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • Soldering-technique ability: thru-hole, surface mount, and fine pitch
  • Experience with clean-room policies and flow bench procedures
  • Experience with ESD Protection/Anti-static Environment
  • The ability to utilize basic hand tools, i.e., Dremel, chemicals, adhesives, heat guns, utility knives, razor blades, and digital voltage meters
  • Near vision & ability to see details at close range
