Live X is accepting applications for an entry level, full-time live Remote Broadcast Coordinator for our Green Bay, Wisconsin office. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate full-time in Green Bay.
Based in New York City with a broadcast facility in Green Bay, Live X is a full-service production company, designing, producing, and broadcasting live events for global brand leaders. From creative concept development, video, VFX and animation, to live production, encoding and streaming, Live X uses innovative technologies to help industry-leading clients all over the world create captivating live events and multimedia to increase engagement and build brands.
We are looking for hard-working and responsible individuals with a passion for live experiences. Live streaming involves working long hours in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
All applicants must be willing to work in our downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin office. - This is not a remote position. -

The responsibilities of the Live X Remote Broadcast Coordinator may include but are not limited to the following:

• Act as production specialist (Camera, Audio, Comms, Prompter, Encoding Engineer) as needed in remote & field productions
• Coordinate with the Live X Team, Talent & Producers to setup At-Home & Remote locations for shows
• Execute and update technical standards and documentation
• Setup live streams and monitor live streams for issues
• Escalate issues to Technical Lead or Live Producer
• Contribute to and abide by SOP documents
• Complete detailed event reports
• Provide excellent communication with Technical Lead and Customer
• Operate the live switcher during live broadcasts & webcasts -
  These responsibilities can grow to include the following:
  • Overseeing the full end-to-end production of broadcasts & streams
  • Interfacing with client and location contacts remotely to understand creative needs and ensure all technical needs for each job are met
  • Building technical workflows that fulfill all needs for a given production
  • Reporting to management on the outcome of each production
    All applicants should have experience with live broadcast/live streaming, strong written and verbal communication skills, impeccable attention to detail and a flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, nights and weekends as needed. All candidates must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and be comfortable working at heights. -
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Understanding and working knowledge of video production, live streaming, and emerging internet technology - hands on experience preferred
    • Experience with Google suite applications, - Mac OS (Pages, Keynote), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Strong verbal and written communication and - presentation skills
    • Highly motivated and self-driven to achieve personal and team goals
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to represent the company with a high degree of professionalism
      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience with live broadcast, streaming, events and/or production services
      • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Broadcast, Journalism, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or the equivalent in experience
