Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based staffing and IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Manager for an IT Infrastructure Operations Center for a well-established client in Las Vegas, NV. This will be a remote, permanent opportunity for candidates residing in IA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MO, MS, NV, OH, or PA. Relocation to Las Vegas strongly preferred.Qualifications

• Strong experience with tools such as SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Tanium.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Aruba.
• Experience with VMware, Nutanix.
• 5+ years experience managing multiple technical support teams.
• Able to be on-call.
• Self-tasker, quick work ethic (this is not a slow-paced work environment).
• Familiar with working in a large enterprise environment following change controls.
• Must apply for and be approved for all required gaming licenses.
• Clear Communications.Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple teams that proactively support all incident related events (network/systems/cloud/telephony/datacenter) and monitors/maintains the IT infrastructure (patching/updates/datacenter).
  • Play a critical role in the design and development of tooling, monitoring, and event management approach.
  • Monitoring and remediating system, security and network issues using various application and network management tools.
  • Interfacing with internal/external customers on operational issues by dispatching engineers, facilitating communication, and driving resolution to events via standard operating procedures.
  • Tracking escalations and other key performance indicators.
  • Provide application administration in a run-time environment based on root cause analysis of logs, alerts, and various other diagnostic tools.Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
