Job Description:
Manage the regional IT support staff, provide technical support
in the use of personal computer hardware and software in an Office
365 environment Lead and support development of innovative
processes to enhance and expedite task assignments, workload
distribution and reduce downtime Manage the vendor relationships
and negotiations for optimum support As Senior Manager, IT Support
Services define and develop the tracking metrics for performance
evaluations of the IT Support Services organization Manage the IT
equipment deployment process for both Windows based pcs and Apple
Macs and develop the mechanics to maintain hardware and software
inventories Service Level Management, Client Service Management,
Supplier Relationship Management, and Capacity Management Partner
with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best
solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and
enhancements Ensure clear communication between business
stakeholders and IT technical teams Other tasks as assigned dailyIN

or equivalent Bachelor's degree with an IT emphasis and/or
equivalent combination of education and experience Proof of
eligibility to work in the United States and country which applied
6 years of progressive related benefit experience Valid Driver's
License or Government issued ID 21+ years of age Maintain a
professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to The
Company standards Evening and/or weekend, holiday is required
Extended hours and irregular shifts may be required Must be able to
