The purpose of our Merchant Services Team is to assist small to
medium sized online retailers, and to manage on-going relationships
with sellers. Account Managers will work with members of the Seller
Recruitment team to onboard new sellers and new listings. Account
managers will help analyze seller product trends assuring that the
seller is integrated and automated, that listings stay active, and
that products are able to be syndicated to our advertising
Account Managers will also play a role in recruiting vendors and
distributors to sell products. Account managers will be responsible
for managing these listings and account relationships, as well as
helping fulfill orders through distribution network.
We?re seeking a team player, who operates with high energy, and
displays passion for the vision. Ideally, you have had previous
experience managing business accounts, or managing B2B
relationships. We seek creative problem solvers with excellent
interpersonal skills. Outstanding written and oral communication
skills will be essential in maintaining quality relationships with
business owners and store operators.

Work with Seller Recruitment Managers to integrate new sellers
Build relationships with key personnel of seller organizations
Analyze seller inventory spreadsheets. Identify competitive new
listings, marketing opportunities, and potential data quality
Identify seller needs and expectations. Analyze seller business
operations and advocate on behalf of sellers to inspire new seller
tools and developments
Passionately fight for account sales growth.
Communicate data quality issues with merchants and inspire quick
Develop creative ways to remove obstacles of selling
Report on seller feedback and service requests to help merchants
Work cross functionally to determine new unique value propositions.
Present these internally.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management software to organize,
manage all merchant service.
Report on and analyze performance on a weekly basis.
Resolve customer service issues that require merchant account
Recruit fulfillment partners who offer competitive products
Place and manage fulfillment processes for orders.
1-3 years experience in account management, sales, or marketing
Master of Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced, results oriented
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work within
relationship management software
Personable, with a friendly upbeat attitude.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize
3+ years B2B business account management or relationship management
Experience in online retail sales processes
Experience with Ubuntu, File Transfer Protocols
