Responsible to providing resolution to all technical support related issues through developing, designing, and testing code integrated into software products. Bachelor's (or foreign equ.) Degree in Comp. Science or a related field. Five (5) yrs exp in job offered or as Sr. SW Eng I or Sr. SW Eng II, or Lead SW Eng, or any combo thereof. Must also have 5 yrs exp (gained concurrently w/above) that includes: Developing, maintaining, troubleshooting and resolving issues for software components and games using CLLE, RPGLE, DB2 & SQL; Support iSeries server upgrade & migration projects for clients; Designing and coding using programming languages CLLE, RPGLE, DB2 &SQL; Performing code review of changes using RPGLE; Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
