Job Description Job Description Provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the F-35 United Operational Test Team (UOTT) with developing and managing Test Plans, Test Trials, Reports and developing/processing supporting documentation. Activity will include developing test plan and data analysis plan inputs, developing data analysis tools and methodologies, managing test data, creating products from test data to achieve test objectives, and providing written test report inputs that augment the generated technical products. Will also provide A&AS with developing and managing (including internal/external collaboration) a unified AFOTEC Det 6 data analysis toolset shared across sites. Essential Job Functions: Provide expertise in F-35 Operational Test (OT) flight data analysis techniques and software tool development. Involved in developing and managing Test Plans, Test Trials, and Test Reports. Participate in F-35 OT data analysis; assist Mission Systems Engineer to develop appropriate analysis methodologies and analysis products to fuel test planning and reporting efforts. Participate in F-35 OT mission execution and data collection efforts. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. A Bachelor’s degree plus 12 years or a Master’s Degree plus 10 years of relevant experience. Active Top Secret Clearance (SCI Eligible). Well-qualified candidates will have experience in Air Force or Navy operations and tactics. The candidate will need fighter aircraft knowledge and test experience. The candidate shall also have experience developing test plans, reports and other formal technical documents.ripts/programs.
