Job Description:
Las Vegas office of our client seeks an associate attorney with
1-5 years of civil litigation experience. The candidate will manage
cases, meet deadlines, communicate with clients, and evaluate
litigation strategy. Will draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and
discovery for all stages of litigation. Advise clients as to legal
issues and disputes. Appear at and participate in hearings,
depositions, and trials. Perform other administrative tasks
associated with the practice of law. Should be comfortable with all
aspects of litigation. Must be licensed to practice law in
Nevada.Additional Skills: The candidate must have strong written
and verbal advocacy skills. The ability to manage client
relationships and aggressive litigation of a variety of cases is
required.
