Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel
(Employment).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support on day-to-day employee issues and
employment-related policy matters
Establish relationships with business leaders and advise on
compliance with state and federal legislation
Support business units in assessing risks and opportunities related
to workforce initiatives
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
7+ years of experience in employment law
Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one
U.S. State Bar
Experience with employment law issues for a large,
multi-jurisdictional employer
Knowledge of federal and state/local level employment statutes
