Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice to various business teams and manage a team of
attorneys and paraprofessionals
Offer support and guidance on healthcare regulatory issues, fraud
and abuse regulations, and compliance matters
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and communication
strategies to achieve compliance goals
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in legal practice
License to practice law as in-house counsel in the jurisdiction of
residence
Experience in health law, payor contracting, CMS value-based
programs, and physician compensation
Ability to conduct internal investigations and document findings
appropriately
Demonstrated success in driving collaboration, transparency, and
performance in a fast-paced environment
