About the Role As a key member of the litigation team, you’ll handle a diverse caseload of commercial disputes and gain exposure to adjacent practice areas, including: Commercial litigation Construction litigation Professional liability Insurance coverage and bad faith claims Product and general liability defense You’ll have the opportunity to: Engage directly with clients Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation Play an active role in case strategy and execution Ideal Candidate Profile 2–5 years of litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred) Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively Licensed to practice in Nevada Trial experience is a plus, but not required Why Join This Firm?
