Location Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a primarily on-site role with
flexibility built in due to court appearances, depositions, and
case-related travel. Attorneys have autonomy over their schedules
while maintaining a collaborative office presence. Note This role
requires at least 1 years of litigation experience. Recent
graduates without practical litigation exposure will not be

trial lawyers. Job Description Represent clients in litigation
matters from pre-trial through trial Draft pleadings, motions,
discovery, and other litigation documents Appear in court for
hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials Conduct legal
research and case analysis to support litigation strategy
Collaborate closely with partners, senior associates, and
paralegals Participate in case strategy discussions and client
communications Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law
school Active Nevada State Bar admission 1 years of litigation
experience Experience in medical malpractice and or general
liability strongly preferred Solid understanding of state and
federal court procedures Strong legal research, writing, and
