Job Description Job Description Description: Job Summary: The Villarreal Organization, Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable General Counsel to serve on a per diem / as-needed basis. This role involves providing strategic legal guidance across a variety of business areas including employment law, contracts, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence Advise on employment law, HR matters, and internal policies Provide support for litigation, disputes, and small claims actions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations Represent or advise on company legal matters as needed Prepare demand letters and review claims related to vendor or partner disputes Compensation: Hourly rate or flat per diem — please include your rate expectations when applying. Requirements: Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in Nevada (additional states a plus) 1 years of relevant experience in business law, employment law, and litigation Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently, remotely, and respond quickly to requests Prior in-house or contract counsel experience preferred
