ownership and responsibility for solving problems; seeks help from

guidance to others. Ensures that all Team Members complete their
Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s). Ensures that
employees are clean and neat in appearance. Personally demonstrates
that customer needs are the highest priority. Ensures food safety,
quality and accuracy of orders. Resolves customer complaints
quickly while maintaining positive customer relations. Church's
