Job Description:
Elements Massage Rhodes Ranch in Southwest Las Vegas and
Elements Massage Centennial in Northwest Las Vegas are looking to
build an energetic team of licensed massage therapists. All
experience levels and all modalities needed. Full-time and
part-time positions available. We will invest in your professional
growth by providing ongoing training and designing this position
with you in mind. We will provide everything you need to be
successful: Including but not limited to competitive compensation,
support staff, spacious rooms, hydraulic tables, lotions, linens,
marketing and of course, the clients. Qualifications: Must have a
current massage license and meet all state requirements Must carry
personal liability insurance by start date Understands and believes
in the healing benefits of massage Customer service oriented with a
professional and courteous disposition Excellent communication and
listening skills Willingness to learn and follow studio protocol.
Team player attitude Reliable and punctual Must be able to pass a
background check COVID-19 UPDATE: We reopened June 1st with the
health and safety of our clients and team members as one of our top
priorities. We have implemented new safety protocols and elevated
our cleaning procedures in accordance with federal and state
guidelines. These include, but are not limited to: client screening
questions temperature checking the use of masks strategic
scheduling to allow for cleaning between appointments Our EXCLUSIVE
focus is on massage so there is no cross-selling of facials or
products to sell. Our therapists are trained to approach the client
as a healthcare provider would, by listening to the needs of the
client and then affirming those needs. This allows the therapist to
be able to meet or exceed the expectations of the customer. Then
the therapist follows up the massage with a treatment plan that is
customized for each member depending on their unique situation.
