Join us for a PEDIATRIC (some adults if requested) Speech Pathology position at one of our clinics CF/SLP or Speech Pathology Lead in our Northwest, Northeast and North Las Vegas offices Due to the high demands by clients, physicians and other specialists, we have opened 4 clinics in 4 years! Working on #5 for 2021! Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Monday-Friday approximately 9:30-6:30, NO WEEKENDS! Salary: $80,000.00 to $101,000.00 /year for SLP, $70,000-82,500 for CFY PLUS QUARTERLY BONUS PACKAGE We are in need of a dynamic and resourceful Pediatric treatment, FEEDING and Language experience preferred. Adult assessment and treatment are also an option upon request ( up to 10% of caseload) Spanish Speaking a plus!!! Some fun, unique things about us- Great reviews from staff and clients Focus on collaboration with other disciplines and family education on techniques to maximize carryover into clients natural environment Therapist provides both Assessment and treatment, enters the billing through the EMR system, deciding which codes to bill each session. Billing Team, Authorization Team, Scheduling team to assist the therapist in maximizing their time and schedule Each therapist has their own caseload to promote carryover and build relationships with the client and families Mentorship and supervision if needed, by other SLPs at EACH clinic to further expand your learning, open your eyes to new approaches, and teach the foundations of many feeding, sensory, oral motor, tongue tie and more, to maximize the treatment plan for success. Multiple types of Insurances (PPO, Medicaid, Private Pay), and diversified caseloads from infant to adult. Active/Involved Families to contribute to carryover into the home. Collaborate with specialists to maximize the growth of the whole child. We strive to listen to the staff and meet their needs, as they meet the clients needs. Therefore, we offer an un-paralleled package: W-2 employee not 1099 contracted PTO of 10 days accrued plus 4 full holidays and 1 personal day after 90 days of employment Quarterly bonus based on over 85% productivity for units, evaluations and merit based for an option of potential additional $6000/year Health insurance, with dental and vision optional Liability insurance covered 401K with employer contribution/match after 1 year Speakeasy hosts several CEU conferences a year to promote education and personal growth. As a part of the team, you will receive $400/yr towards CEU's and DISCOUNTS to the courses. NO NON-COMPETE CONTRACT as we want people to WANT to be with us, not because they cannot leave.
