Job Description:
Job Summary: Supervise the overall operation of the Poker Room
in a professional manner insuring exceptional guest service is
being provided. Complete weekly schedules for poker dealers,
complete time and attendance, participate in hiring and all aspects
of employee relations. Qualifications: Minimum six months previous
experience supervising in a poker room. Must be at least 21 years
of age. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Essential Job Functions: Ensure compliance with approved policies,
procedures and regulations. Supervise and monitor performance of
employee to ensure smooth and efficient gaming during shift.
Responsible for the protection of Club Fortune assets within
assigned area. Specifically supervise the operation of an assigned
number of tables and dealers. Responsible for the equitable
treatment of all poker personnel. Ensure poker room bank is handled
according to policy. Promote outstanding guest relations. Assist in
answering questions or resolving disputes. Responsible for creating
an atmosphere of fun for all guests. Encourage mutual respect,
dignity, and integrity with all employees by setting a positive
example at all times. Possess full knowledge and understanding of
poker room gaming procedures and operations.
