JOB TITLE: Photographer needed for a Fashion Shoot CLIENT: Esquire Magazine. JOB TYPE: Contract/Freelance LOCATION: To be determined by Photographer THEME: Business Casual ABOUT ESQUIRE Esquire defines, reflects and celebrates what it means to be a man in contemporary American culture. Esquire is a men's magazine founded in 1933 by David Smart and William Weintraub in an effort to create a profitable vehicle for advertising men's fashion. JOB DESCRIPTION Overview: Esquire Magazine is looking for a professional model/fashion photographer to produce an independent fashion photo shoot for the magazines fashion and style content. The Photographer will work with a wardrobe stylist, 2 male models, and 1 MUA. Shoot Details: There will be 1 outfit per model; 5 images for each model/look standing alone, 5 images of the models together, 5 images of each outfit alone (10 product shots). Totals 25 images. Outfits/Wardrobe will be supplied by us Location, date, and time will be scouted and secured by the photographer Full budget: $8000 Photographers compensation: $4000 ($2000 upfront and $2000 Balance payment). Talents fee: $4000 You will hold full image right (Licensor) Images will be an editorial content on www.esquire.com for 12 months. Key Responsibilities: Photograph six to eight hours outdoor/indoor fashion shoot. You will evaluate and pick your location, date, and shoot time. All editing/post production will be handled by photographer (little retouching). Contact and negotiate with a recommended talents agent for the shoot. DELIVERABLES You will produce and deliver 25 professionally taken pictures in High Res Digital Copies Specification: 300dpi Image type: JPG/JPEG Transfer method: Fileshare or Dropbox or on SD card File Delivery date: April 5th, 2021 (deadline is flexible) QUALIFICATIONS Previous working experience in photo production. Photography and handling camera. Demonstrable photo editing ability with a strong portfolio. Knowledge of lighting for photos. Works well with on camera models.
