* Coordinate with sales teams to ensure customer's successful implementation * Collaborate with customers to create onboarding plan * Execute onboarding plan to ensure customer is fully trained within 30 days * Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users * Help customers with any questions or issues they may have during the 30 day training period * Record training meetings for record keeping and to generate resources for customer * Resolve any road blocks or potential issues that can prevent customers from being trained, or solution from being implemented * Hand client off to support once training is completed * Other related duties as appropriate and required




* Successful track record in implementing SaaS solutions to Enterprise and Mid-Market organizations * Strong project management and organizational skills * Superior written and verbal communication skills * Strong understanding of SaaS Technology & ability to solve customer challenges * Ability to adapt to unique customer challenges and implementation needs * Bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Experience with conducting meetings and training sessions over the phone, in person, and using virtual meeting tools like Zoom, GoTo Meeting, etc
