Responsibilities The Virtual Inside Sales Specialist provides critical oversight supporting the clients marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of prospective customers. (Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following) Manage an assigned virtual territory utilizing all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience Call on physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare personnel. Establish and maintain professional relationships Plan and organize activities to insure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of promoted product disease state Communicates effectively with peers, field sales representatives and management Job Requirements Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has: Bachelors Degree required 2 years of pharmaceutical sales, inside sales, or B2B experience required Ability to learn quickly and apply disease state and product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner Technical/Computer proficiency including MS Office; ability to work within multiple systems Effectively works independently and integrates well into team structure At Syneos Health, we believe in providing an environment and culture in which our people can thrive, develop and advance.
