Rocky Research a wholly owned subsidiary of Honeywell Aerospace,
provides quality professional services and new product development,
design, prototyping, and manufacturing of thermal, energy and Power
management products for heating, cooling, refrigeration, power,
energy storage and high-density electronic hardware systems
including power and thermal management for High Energy Laser
Systems to the military and commercial industries. The right
candidate will have a background in software / firmware
development, motor controls, problem solving skills and a strong

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering * Minimum 5 years of
Electrical Engineering experience * Must have or be eligible for a
security clearance due to contractual requirements
* Methodical design, testing, and troubleshooting capabilities *
Desire to work on diverse projects with challenging technical and
schedule requirements * C, C++, Java experience * Software
development in a Linux environment * Motor control and/or generator
experience * Schematic capture and board layout * Design for
military standard qualification * SMPS design * Willing and able to
travel in support of projects
