We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiting professional to join our Branch Banking Recruiting Team. This Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for non- exempt positions within Branch Banking. All recruiters within Wells Fargo's Talent Acquisition team may flex to support other groups based on need.
The Recruiter builds strong relationships with hiring managers and provides them with guidance on all aspects of the talent acquisition process and OFCCP compliance. They will be responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates from internal and external sources. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, successfully handle competing priorities, foster an outstanding applicant experience and empower hiring managers to make smart and timely hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to the following:

  • Assists hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements, sourcing strategies as well as reviewing affirmative action goals.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships in the local community to source qualified candidates and build pipelines for future openings.
  • Handles a high volume of requisitions, capturing requisition data, and reviewing candidate information to determine if job qualifications are met.
  • Conducts phone screens and consults with management to recommend candidates to move forward in the selection process within recruiting and HR policy.
  • Provides candidates with status updates and information on the company to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Responsible for following and completing all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
  • Stay current with industry trends, developments and changes
  • Develop and sustain constructive working relationships with recruiters, staffing compliance team members, line HR teams and hiring managers.
  • Ensure diversity of the candidate pools

Salary range is determined by the location of the job.

This position was posted in select locations throughout the regions they will support, however other locaations within the WF footprint may be considered.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, human resources experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications
  • 1 + year of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
  • Strong risk management and compliance skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Ability to build and execute pro-active sourcing strategies for hard to fill specialty positions
  • Applicant tracking systems experience
  • Internet sourcing experience

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

CA-LA-Downtown Los Angeles: Min: $59,400 Mid: $82,500 Max: $105,600
OR-Portland: Min: $54,000 Mid: $75,000 Max: $96,000
AZ-PHX-Northwest Phoenix: Min: $54,000 Mid: $75,000 Max: $96,000
CO-Englewood: Min: $54,000 Mid: $75,000 Max: $96,000
WA-Seattle: Min: $64,800 Mid: $90,000 Max: $115,200
NV-Las Vegas: Min: $54,000 Mid: $75,000 Max: $96,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $54,000 Mid: $75,000 Max: $96,000
IA-West Des Moines: Min: $54,000 Mid: $75,000 Max: $96,000
