JOBSUMMARY: Responsible to greet guests in an upbeat, friendly
and courteous manner. . ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (includesbut is
not limited to the following) Answer incoming reservation calls.
Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system. Keep
abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus. Check availability
on a continuous basis. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Greet guest in a warm and friendly manner. Answer the telephone and
facilitate guest requests. Using the table management system,
manage incoming reservations and venue floor. Assistwith daily
administrative work as per direction of the venue manager.
Performother related duties as assigned. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
(knowledge,skills, and abilities) Knowledgeof basic food and
beverage products. Abilityto perform basic/intermediate math
skills. Abilityto operate office equipment and Table Management
system. Abilityto read, write, and understand English. Abilityto
communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective
workingrelationships with guests, staff and management. Knowledge,
understanding and compliance of policiesand procedures, job
descriptions, daily memorandums, chemical labels and
otherinstruction Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant
experience in highquality, high volume operation preferred.
EDUCATION: High School educationor equivalent. LICENSE/CERTIFICATE
: Food Safety Team MemberTraining required. Training
forIntervention Procedures (TIPS) required. PHYSICAL,MENTAL AND
ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Prolongedstanding and sitting.
Eye/handcoordination and manual dexterity. Abilityto distinguish
letters, symbols, and colors. Normalvision and hearing range.
TYPICAL WORKINGCONDITIONS: Workmay be performed in small area
having a three-foot access. Abilityto tolerate varying conditions
of noise level, temperature, illumination, andair quality.
