Do you love the idea of providing a WOW customer experience and
problem solving? As a Client Service Specialist, you are the
advocate for our customer and ensure a successful resolution for
every inquiry received.
- Answer high volume of calls, emails, and live chats
- Investigate and clarify customer requests, research and explore
alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution,
appropriately close and disposition interactions
- Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service
and resolve issues
- Escalate complex issues as necessary
- Gain deep knowledge and expertise within the investment
industry, understand and apply appropriate procedures and
regulations while maintaining complete confidentiality
- Build strong relationships with current and prospective
customers, in person and over the phone
- Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate
- Suggest and pioneer new processes and resources to make support
workflows more efficient
- Abide by industry compliance regulations
- Regular and punctual attendance required
Are You A Fit?
- 6+ months' customer service in call center or strong customer
- Financial services
- Salesforce or similar CRM
- Bachelor's degree
- Investment industry experience
