Based at the Gallagher Service Center on Rainbow Boulevard and the 95, this position has an hourly rate of $15 per hour plus benefits that start on day one. You have the opportunity to significantly increase your earning potential through our commission plan. The schedule is typically 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday - no weekends or evenings!
Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative serves as a liaison between policy holders, claimants, third parties and internal staff, providing outstanding support and assistance.
Essential Duties:

  • Deliver high-quality client service consistent with operational standards and practices, while building relationships with existing client.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, chat and email to provide policy and/or claims information and providing resolution.
  • Assists customer with login issues and provides direction on filling out vital forms.
  • Follows-up on customer issues, researches problems and processes documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution.
  • Maintain satisfactory quality assurances scores and consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics.

Required:
  • High school graduate.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong typing and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
Work Traits:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Maintains a high level of integrity with clients and establishes a positive rapport with every caller.

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.   • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
