Responsible for the analysis of laboratory
specimens and subsequent result reporting according to laboratory
protocol and procedures. This position acts as a resource for Lab
Assistants. Supports and assists Medical Technologists and Lead
Medical Technologists as may be required. This position requires
minimal to moderate supervision, (task dependent) and a General
Supervisor must be on site.

Two (2) years of as Medical Laboratory Technician is required.

State Licensure as Clinical Laboratory Technician in addition to
ASCP or equivalent board registration. A current Nevada Provisional
License accepted with the contingency that the Nevada State License
as a Clinical Laboratory Technician will be completed prior to
Provisional License expiration date.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to
provide high quality of patient care appropriately (specific age
competent). Must possess appropriate people skills, organization
and attention to detail. Must desire to act as a resource and
provide assistance as required.
