The DOS–Senior Sales Manager provides leadership for the daily Sales operation by training
and motivating the Sales team members while ensuring the sales
presentations are being conducted in an ethical and professional
manner, according to Company compliance and standards.
Leads and influences a
successful and experienced Sales Management Team.
Manages the entire Sales unit,
including Sales Managers and Vacation Counselors by consistently
adhering to the Company's performance management programs and
conducting analysis to determine performance levels against

This position spends the
majority of the time (50% or more) achieving Organization
