Data Integrity Specialist - Las Vegas, NV The Data Integrity Specialist serves as a data steward and is responsible for reviewing sales and operations data across multiple systems to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting. This role will help develop and maintain data collection best practices, use pattern analysis to guarantee data quality, provide recommendations for process improvement, and prepare update files to correct or complete data as necessary. This position will work closely with Data Center Services Coordinators and sales support staff to identify deficiencies and follow up to confirm appropriate remediation. This position will report to the Data Integrity Supervisor. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales contract reviews to ensure key data fields are reported accurately.
  • Review original contracts to CRM to ensure completeness and consistency.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend fixes to eliminate futures errors.
  • Complete reviews in a timely manner and according to monthly/quarterly billing deadlines.
  • Prepare control reports for review by Audit.
  • Support in the development and maintenance of key reports.
  • Complete additional data projects as assigned. Required Job Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with research based work that requires critical thinking skills
  • Problem solver with plenty of patience to sift through complicated sales orders
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers and all levels of staff
  • Ability to be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in confidential matters
  • Ability to demonstrate ethical conduct and decision-making skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours during peak billing/closing cycles
  • Experience working with large data sets is a plus Computer Equipment and Software:
  • Thorough working knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM Software Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: Minimum of one year experience with Salesforce or other CRM software Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
