Our ISOs typically have subject matter expertise in one or more key functional areas across the provider healthcare landscape such as, front-end/back-end revenue cycle, patient access, pharmacy administration, supply chain, EMR/ERP platforms, integration technology and others.Implementation Success Team Lead ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing team of 5+ individual contributors on the ISO teamCreate transparency on status, including challenges and risks for teams portfolio of work to manager and other company stakeholdersManage assigned work to ensure forecasted dates for work to start and complete are accurateWork with manager to understanding upcoming pipeline of customers and projects to appropriately understand team capacityHelp allocate team capacity and assignmentsAct as a main point of escalation for team member issues related to customer implementationsAssist in development of standard templates for tools and materials required to enable successful product implementation (ex. project plans, testing plans, customer requirements, etc)Work with the engineering team to understand and provide engineering requirements.Manage HR related items for the teams including performance reviews, 1-1s, etc.Understand how the product integrates with external systems and partner organizations and ensure the team is following appropriate integrated implementation methodologyProvide team member coaching support and provide timely feedback to team members to encourage success, ensure accountability, etc.Team Member ResponsibilitiesDetailed scoping, technical architecture, data mapping, build oversight, validation, testing advisementConsult with customers to fully understand business scenarios with a focus on understanding of changes to impacted business processes, guiding and advising customers through additional changes to their organization outside the immediate solution. Owns the facilitation of daily project tasks for automation implementations such as, templates and assist with daily project tasks including communications, risk management/mitigation, testing scripts, issue logs, etcRequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience managing healthcare, technology and/or software engineering projects5+ years of experience managing IT implementation projects, preferably in the healthcare sector and with an agile mindset3+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience, preferably in the area of revenue cycle or patient access, familiarity with key workflow areas and valuation methodsExperience working on or leading large-scale CIS (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH, McKesson) implementation initiatives, including development of documentation templates, clinical content, testing scripts, training plans, and implementation plansExperience in healthcare administrative workflow redesign (insurance claims, verification, revenue cycle, supply chain, pharmacy, etc)Expert experience understanding and documenting customer requirements and specificationsStrong cross-team communicatorAbility to work independently with moderate supervision in a fast paced, high-growth organizationComfortable suggesting areas for improvement and willingness to lead improvement initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to varying audiences and levelsStrong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret and anticipate customer needs in order to develop clear and attainable goals, objectives and execution of project plansStrong self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentOutstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areasAbility to travel up to 50% of the time (travel requirements will vary based on account assignments and focus of SA role)At Olive, we're committed to growing and empowering an inclusive community within our company and industry.
