Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of eCommerce who will be an
integral part of the GOHUNT leadership team. The Head of eCommerce
will own our overarching eCommerce strategy and customer experience
end-to-end, including oversight for all resources spanning
eCommerce merchandising, category buying, and our warehouse
associates, and cross-team collaborations with our marketing,
technology, content and finance teams. While reporting to the
President, the Head of eCommerce will own the eCommerce P&L and
will work closely across functions to deliver an amazing customer
experience. They will possess strong critical thinking and
organizational skills, and will obsess over the customer
experience. They will be flexible, creative, analytical, and able
to drive initiatives through to completion. Keys to success also

hustle.
The position is full-time and is based in our Las Vegas office.
Responsibilities
Managing the full eCommerce P/L. Setting the revenue targets,
building out and executing the operating budget and managing the
profitability of the division.
Improving the rate of sell-through, site traffic, average order
value, conversion rate, product availability and service levels to
ensure sales forecast is regularly updated. Work with key partners
to develop solutions to challenges in these areas.
Creating and executing an A/B testing strategy with goals to A)
increase conversion rate B) improve average order value and C)
eliminate friction. These tests will be conducted throughout the
onsite journey (navigation, product pages, checkout, etc.)
Optimizing merchandising so it's easy for every customer to find
what they're looking for.
Creating and monitoring customer feedback loops that facilitate
improvements.
Collaborating with the appropriate partners to elevate our SEO
strategy and effectiveness.
Creating a roadmap for the store while ensuring site stability and
flexibility. As part of that roadmap, play the role of vocal
stakeholder to technology enhancements.
Ensuring we have the right product mix at the right time for our
customers.
Leading planning and inventory management strategies, spanning
planning, assortment, procurement, information and
replenishment/allocation for all merchandise categories.
Closely collaborating with Marketing and Technology to ensure we
are successfully executing end-to-end.
Ensuring the strategic assortment direction aligns with the
holistic merchandising vision, supporting enterprise membership,
impact and activity objectives to deliver profitability and sales
goals.
Ensuring identification of key customer, activity, product and
lifestyle trends affecting specialty shop category responsibilities
and develops merchandising plans to meet market opportunities.
Building out the product mix for the site that brings new and
repeat hunters to our store as well as hits our margin and
profitability goals.
Leveraging your experience as a leader of people, to effectively
manage, mentor, coach, and inspire your team. You'll also be
slightly obsessive about your internal team's career goals and
development.

Requirements
10+ years of related experience, including 5+ years of leading
eCommerce teams.
A proven conversion rate optimization experience.
A passion for personal growth and development. More specifically,
you want to be a thought leader - one of the best in your field.
You'll be able to demonstrate that you have an obsession for
learning from other brands and other practitioners.
You're naturally inquisitive and unafraid to admit that you don't
know something. When you need to learn, you'll dive in and level up
so that you can better understand or ask tough questions. You
rarely take something at face value and like to make sure you fully
understand an issue or opportunity.
You'll demonstrate a natural motivation for continuous improvement
