About the jobIntelliswift software is seeking a self-starting Client Relationship Manager. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day client relationship management. A key objective of the role is to ensure high-quality service and end-customer satisfaction. Intelliswift software is rapidly growing and seeking to add a valued member to our sales team to serve as the face of our organization.Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management and attainment of staffing deliverables.
  • Work with clients to build strategies to overcome any challenges
  • Proactively identify new opportunities
  • Communicate client job orders & identify qualified candidates in collaboration with team members
  • Communicate with clients to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish
  • Present candidates, schedule candidate interviews and close billable contracts with clients
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with consultants currently working on client projects
  • Travel to remote client sites to build relationships with client managers
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project deliverables (as needed)
  • Managing the full cycle new client development process from initial outreach to meeting set-up and strategic growth planning
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study the competition to find new ways to retain customers
    Desired Skills and Experience:
    • 2-5 years experience in a sales-oriented or client-facing role; Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or similar
    • Strong understanding of staffing and industry practices. Understanding of recruiting and reporting standards.
    • Comfortable cold calling and setting expectations as needed with new partners
    • Computer proficiency, specifically MS Office Suite and ideally a range of Applicant Tracking Systems and VMS tools along with Salesforce. Knowledge of software/hardware implementation projects would be an asset
    • Track record of success in identifying and qualifying talent for accounts.
    • Ability to analyze data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
    • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
    • Strong customer and results orientation.
