Job Description SISU Enlightened Protection (NV PILB LIC 4026) is an exclusive team of modern day Samurai who focus on the darkness so others can focus on the light. SISU is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to help further its mission. Business Development Specialist Specific duties center upon lead generation - to further both operations and sales. Responsibilities: Partnering closely with SISU---s leadership team to understand and support fluid requirements. Lead generation for operational purposes (protective advance work.) Lead generation for sales purposes. Adhering to regulations specific to the security industry - both present and evolving. Adhering to company policy and procedure. Presenting lead generation and progress metrics to company leadership. Proposing strategy changes based on findings. Supporting teammates in their quest to provide the best protection available. Operating with the highest standards of professionalism. Representing SISU in the best positive light. Documenting progress and lessons learned. Assisting with operational refinements. General/varied support to SISU operations. Maintaining discretion. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency certificate. 8 years of recent sales experience with well-documented recognition as a top performer. Demonstrated ability to work as both a small/dynamic team member and an independent contributor to achieve company goals. Strong organization skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Presentation skills/experience. General computer-based proficiency. Impeccable character/integrity. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor---s or advanced degree. Prior military, law enforcement, intelligence, overseas security contracting, executive protection, or advanced corporate security experience. Security industry experience. Hospitality industry experience. Familiarity with Tony Robbins--- material(s), prior event attendance. Computer based proficiency with Powerpoint/Keynote, Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers, Adobe Acrobat, G-Suite applications, Zoom, Trello, and Evernote. The Samurai embodied what legendary protection looked like long ago. They focused on continual self-mastery, others, the art of protection, and empowering those they served. The ideal candidate will share this same focus. Additional Requirements: Availability to work any schedule needed to include nights, weekends. Position is subject to enhanced screening prior to employment, including: interviews, reference checks, background checks, drug testing, voluntary polygraph, psychological evaluation, personality and disposition testing, and problem solving and skills based testing. Position is subject to ongoing/random drug and alcohol testing. Position is subject to ongoing background checks. Willingness to travel should the need arise. Valid driver---s license. Possess or be eligible for a valid state security officer license.
