watch.Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead new business development in partnership with the CEO:-
Collaborate in crafting sales strategy and narratives- Deck
development- Pricing Strategy- Contract management
- Own revenue responsibility in bringing in new business
- Co-own relationships with strategic clients, meeting and
exceeding revenue growth targets, in partnership with Producers.-
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and management- Develop
and manage annual account plans and client growth strategy- Nurture
strategic partnerships with key decision makers Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to any and all strategic pitches and proposals
- Be constantly striving to find ways that we can do things
better, faster and cheaper
- Working with ECD to ensure we're structuring programs with the
capability to deliver creative excellenceMinimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years experience in consultative/solution sales role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue
targets
- Experience in creative strategy
- Proven track record in selling creative solutions to brands and
or agenciesAdditional Experience:
- Brand Marketing experience a plus (direct or indirectly
supporting or selling into brand marketers)
- CPG/Retail brand relationships.
