As the world's largest vacation ownership company and part of Travel + Leisure Co., we're shaping the future of the travel industry.Business Operations Coordinator 1Responsibilities/Job Duties: This role will be cross trained in All departments described below.Contracts:Preparation of timeshare sales contracts for sales department and property ownersMaintain property owner information per PII and PCI standardsPrepare and balance cash and deposits for contracts departmentProvides information for sales department as necessaryAssist Business Operations supervisor in support of sales staffPreparation and maintenance of legal documentsGeneral office work and other duties as assignedTour Reception:Great in person Customer Service skillsGreet and check in guests for presentation, know and learn Tour qualifications for both In House and Frontline guestsData EntryRunning of Sales RotationAny additional tasks that is affiliated with this roleGifting:Provide exceptional customer service to all guestsAnswer phones and guest questions in a professional mannerDistribute premiums to guests upon closure of presentationComplete daily gift reconciliation in all systemsData entry of all gifting information into Central Reservations Systems and running of reportsFile and secure all documents per proceduresMaintain property owner information per PII and PCI standardsAssist Business Operations Supervisor in support of sales staffMinimum Qualifications:Timeshare or mortgage loan processing experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentSome cash handling experience requiredScheduling flexibility due to business demandsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment; able to work under pressure in a team environmentComputer experienceWill work weekend shiftsMust be able to lift up to 25 poundsProblem solving and good communication skillsPrevious experience in these positions helpful: administrative assistant, escrow, clerical, sales coordinator/coordination, customer service, sales support, contracts administration, property management, funding, accounting/accountant, hotel, hospitality.A Place for EveryoneHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co., including how we treat each member of our growing community.
