average pay for this role: $140,000Job Hours: Monday through
Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Travel: After one year of employment,
Business Development Executives will travel three to four times per
year to work various tradeshows/events to bring in new
clients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities--- Take initiative to
develop new customers through sales and marketing initiatives,
referrals, and networking opportunities.--- Actively dialog with
prospects regarding investment objectives, suitability, financial
circumstances for future investment opportunities and viability of
becoming an investor with Ignite Funding.--- Attend and present at
conferences/seminars/meetings representing Ignite Funding.---
Provide professional presentations to individuals and institutions
interested in diversifying their investment options for themselves
or their clients (Registered Independent Advisors).--- Perform all
sales processes for new and identified investor clientele
including, but not limited to, account set-up, investor
qualification and investment placement.--- Source lead generation
opportunities.--- Assist investors with investment selection as
determined by state regulations and investor suitability.--- Use
customer and prospect activity tools and systems and update
relative information held in these systems.--- Work with a team to
facilitate document and funds processing between investor and
custodian, ensuring necessary paperwork and payments are received
by all applicable parties.--- Fulfill new account and placement
goals as presented by management.--- Ensure compliance standards
are met by Ignite Funding and Custodians where applicable.--- Serve
as a liaison between investors and fiduciary parties (i.e., CPAs,
Trusts, banks, attorneys, etc.).--- Convey complicated information
clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.--- Willingness to
travel and make presentations.--- Promptly attend scheduled
appointments.--- Engage in continuing education activities to stay
current in financial services industry.--- Maintain required
licensing. --- Complete other tasks as assigned.
