Job Summary:The Job Captain will support the role on architectural and interior architectural projects. **RETENTION BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT** Please submit portfolio along with your resume to be considered. Position is located in Las Vegas, Nevada with options to work Remote Produce complete sets of construction documentsOversee support staff to ensure work is executed accurately Coordinate construction documents with specifications indicating design intentCoordinate with consultantsAssist on code researchSupport in processing RFI's and submittalsAssist in reviewing shop drawingsLead project related meeting and discussionsExecute construction detailing and documentationActively participate in company initiatives.

Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCADCompetent in RevitProficient in Model Building Codes & Accessibility StandardsAbility to think critically, communicate clearly and possess the potential to develop management skills Strong verbal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, organization and follow throughAgility and flexibility.
