Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seeking a Full-Time
Receptionist.
The Receptionist answers the multi-telephone console, directs
calls, monitors, greets and directs all visitors entering the
building. Completes tasks related to taxis, mail, UPS shipments and
discharge sheet routing. Performs reception process maintenance
tasks such as patient/case manager log and youth visitor lists for
screening. The Receptionist reports to the Director of
Intake/Admissions.

Spring Mountain Treatment Center provides inpatient and outpatient
services for children, adolescents and adults in the Las Vegas

Placing a loved one in a treatment program is not an easy decision
for a parent, guardian or family member to make. It is most often a
very difficult and emotional decision, but is necessary in order to
keep them safe and provide him or her with a new beginning.
A key to our services is the ability to work collaboratively with
the patient, family or referring provider during treatment. Our
team of psychiatrists, nurses and social workers work together to
create an atmosphere where patients feel safe and a plan to return
home.
High School graduate, with minimum two years experience in field
preferred. Possess strong communication skills, organizational
skills, and networking skills. Have through knowledge of how to
access local resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and
printers). Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues
arise.

Spring Mountain has provided mental health services to the Las
Vegas community since 2001, treating children, teens, adults and
senior adults with behavioral health or addiction issues. We offer
a supportive and healthy environment with 24-hour care that allows
people of all ages to make positive changes in their lives. Our
primary location, Spring Mountain Treatment Center, focuses on the
stabilization of acute symptoms for patients age 5 to 65, along
with select outpatient care programs for teens. Our secondary
location, Spring Mountain Sahara, houses our Adult Outpatient and
Senior Adult Inpatient programs.
Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health
facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for
adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. Our
individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic
environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and
daily group and educational programs. We provide a caring and
healthy environment that gives individuals a chance to make
positive changes.

Qualifications
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required
* One year of experience in a psychiatric setting/patient care
preferred
* Good communication skills, i.e., reading, writing, and
speaking
* Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
* Good leadership qualities which includes self-control, patience,
and empathy
* New hires are required to attend 1 full week of New Employee
Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through
Friday
* Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal
history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint
check)
