Special Needs experience -welcome! - -WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• You must be at least 18 years old (though our name says "College," we employ individuals of all ages!)
• You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• You should have previous nanny, sitter, or other childcare experience
• You must have at least 15-40 available hours to work with us per week
• You should be dependable, with excellent attendance
• You should be trustworthy and responsible
• You must be willing to consent to a background screening
