  • Prospecting and securing new business through cold calling, drop in visits, and sales appointments
  • Identify sales targets and specific action plans
  • Assess and evaluate prospects for our Manufacturing & Distribution, Administrative and Professional Services divisions
  • Present pricing/proposals/contracts to prospects
  • Participate in public relations activities/associations
  • Conduct quality control checks on all placements to ensure appropriate matching and complete client satisfactionKnowledge, Skills, and Attributes
    • Have a hunter mentality and a desire to close new business
    • Love interacting with clients especially traveling to their offices for on-site meetings
    • Thrive on delivering world-class customer support and workforce solutions to your clients
    • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, be inquisitive and engaging- and you LOVE talking with new people

      • Professional office environment
      • This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
      • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to engage in professional and interpersonal written and verbal communications with a wide variety of individuals including, employees, customers, vendors, managers and others
      • In accordance with the requirements of a typical office work environment, the employee will be required to attend meetings in person and/or by phone/video conferencing, use keyboards, keypads, dial pads etc., Some overhead reaching, bending and twisting, as per usual office environment and functions
      • This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 poundsTravel
        • Travel is expected approximately 70% locally for this position in non-covid timesQualifications
          • Proven sales success in an outside sales role within any service industry that required you to prospect and close new B2B business
          • Experience and passion for cold calling and a fearless mentality when it comes to overcoming objections
          • Experience researching and building targeted prospect lists of companies that could benefit from your services
