Then please keep reading The Front Desk Operations Support is usually the first line of contact with our guests. Many times guests will view the Front Desk as the information center for the office. It is important that the front desk support understands the responsibility they share to provide our customers and employees with excellent service. Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome all guests in a courteous and professional manner. Greet visitors and notify staff of visitors Answer and transfer incoming calls Assist with building inventory including supplies, merchandise, and cleaning supplies Maintain conference room schedules and ensure the conference room is prepared for meetings Distribute faxes & copies left on copier Log vouchers and certificates File as necessary Prepare and mail incoming and outgoing mail and packages Log incoming calls Log checks received - notify relevant parties Label receipt books, bundle and place on shelves Receive vendor deliveries Assist corporate office with miscellaneous projects as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma. Bilingual preferred, ability to speak and write English required. 1-2 years of clerical and/or customer service experience Ability to multi-task as required. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Sitting,standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 15 lbs. Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Company standards. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
