Job Description:
The Palliative Admissions Assistant is responsible for providing
excellent customer service to external and internal customers
through pleasant and efficient handling of phone calls, inquiries
and referrals. Performs general office work. Position requires a
high degree of organization and attention to details in order to
coordinate the home and hospital facets of the program.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service,
secretarial or general office work. Preferably in healthcare.
Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
applications and electronic medical records.
