Job Description:

We are a Recruitment agency that has a client in the Payroll service industry. They are looking for a self-motivated individual that is quick on their feet, someone very organized and able to multitask. They are looking for an individual that can continue to grow with the company and take on more responsibility in the future. Someone that is not afraid to ask questions in order to understand what is needed. Must be able to take good notes when being taught and can read their notes later. They are looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy, and has integrity, we will run a Background Check. They want someone that they can rely on and have confidence in that if they tell them to do something they complete the task with no pain and suffering.

Position: Administrative Assistant (With Bookkeeping experience)

Salary: $21-$24/hr

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89131

Hours: Part-time (20-25 hours a week) or Full-time

Schedule: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday (If you work part-time you pick the days and time, it just has to be consistent from week to week)

Work Model: Initially this is in-person as they learn about the position, but will be remote/hybrid in the future.

Benefits: 1-week vacation, retirement plan/Aflac, paid holidays, and Medical Dental Vision once full-time. The company covers 50% of the premium

Must have knowledge of the following:
QuickBooks
Bookkeeper
Excel
Word
Internet
Outlook
CFS (a plus)
Able to read bank statements

Duties:
Personal Assistant to the owners, as needed (first priority)
Assist all Staff with Data entry into QuickBooks (as needed) for all Clients and learn basic bookkeeping
Receive and date stamp incoming mail/faxes and log and stamp outgoing mail
Permanent binders - need one for each business. Review each book prepare an Index of what is in a binder and figure out what is missing and fill in the missing items.
Order supplies, as needed (at a minimum)
