Job Description:

Summary: The key role of the Logistics/Inventory Assistant is to receive incoming paperwork and work requests, and to schedule and create routes for field technicians. This role will make customer scheduling calls (in both English & Spanish) to fill open schedule slots, schedule and create routes for technicians while ensuring accurate details and delivery of information. This role is in the office, remote work is not an option.Must be able to work hours of 11:30am-8:00pm on a rotating schedule Monday-Saturday, with ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30 pm during the training period. Logistical Field Resource Support Create and assign dispatches Process work request by scheduling efficient routes with the team Process daily/weekly project work in-flow Utilize customer software on a per-project basis Route and schedule technicians daily Adjust scheduling as needed to ensure quotas and deadlines are met. Track technician availability Communicate and track technician work load to upper management and technicians Email correspondence Maintain documentation Assist the Contact Center team as needed All of the related tasks will have a communication and reporting component Inbound/Outbound customer calls in both English & Spanish following contact center scripts for multiple projects Ensure scheduling protocols and restrictions are being followed. Understand specifications for customer project(s) plan/contract Assist with inventory administrative tasks as needed Skills: Strong customer focus Fluency in English/Spanish is a required Ability to speak in a technical manner in both English and Spanish Superior attention to detail and execution Excellent people skills - able to develop effective working relationships internally and externally Strong problem-solving skills Ability to Multi-task and prioritize tasks Work effectively as a member of a team Conduct a positive & optimistic attitude Able to work independently in a remote branch office Qualifications: Associate's degree and/or 2-4 years related office experience Experience in dispatching/ scheduling and customer service in a trade industry or in a trade related industry Knowledge of mapping software Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed during the busy summer season Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required, interviews will be conducted in both English and Spanish Workdays are 5 scheduled days, Monday-Saturday, Mid-Day shift from 11:30am-8:00pmJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availabilityExperience: Scheduling /Routing/Dispatching Field Personnel: 1 year (Preferred) office based Client Services & Customer Support: 3 years (Required) office/customer support in the trades industry: 1 year (Preferred)Language: both English and Spanish fluently?
