Supervise the day to day operations of the Call Transfer Vacation
advisors. Increase package sales production through monitoring,
side by side coaching, product knowledge mentoring, and
development. Maintain VPG levels through ensuring quality sales
process improvements. Track team production, attendance and
schedule adherence. Rotate coverage on weekends and holidays as
scheduled. Uphold and implement all Hilton practices, policies and
ethical standards.
As an Outbound Supervisor you would be responsible for performing
your position's responsibilities and driving company success
through performing the following tasks to the highest
standards:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- -Mentoring and developing Team leads and Vacation advisors
- -Side by side and recorded monitoring
- -Tracking attendance, schedule adherence and sales performance at
the team member level
- -Work with other departments to ensure all package sales are
within sales guidelines
- -Meeting and exceeding team and departmental package sales,
budget and goals
- -Positive, inspiring and motivating leader
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this
position may be required to perform a combination of the following
encouraging functions, with the percentage of time performing each
function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the
particular requirements of the company.
- -Follow up on any system issues
- -Verify room and tour availability as needed
- -Confirm QA process has been followed as directed -
- -Handle PTO and schedule exception request for team members
- -Assisting other teams and shifts as needed

- -1 or more years of call center experience
- -Effective communication in a leadership role
- -Mid-level computer skills
- -Ability to lead groups and individuals providing daily feedback
to staff
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate
the following capabilities and distinctions:
- -Understanding of the Timeshare industry
- -Strong sales skills
- -Training experience
- -Advance in coaching experience
